MTSI currently has ~400 employees in 7 countries - US, UK, Australia, Canada, Singapore, Holland, and UAE, performing sales and service activities with a majority of employees located in Suwanee, GA. Most of the production and engineering is performed in Suwanee.

 

Job Designation

This position is for Inside Sales and Strategy Support for the Law Enforcement and Military Live-Fire training group. This person is ultimately responsible for assisting the sales and support team including, but not limited to: building and maintaining customer relationships, quoting customers, selling new equipment and upgrade opportunities, scheduling customer visits and presentations, attending marketing events, managing assigned accounts, maintaining customer satisfaction, quoting ROM (Rough Order Magnitude) pricing, administrative duties through Salesforce and Costpoint. This position will require travel depending upon demand of customer appointments, strength of opportunity, travel constraints, marketing trade show schedules, and general profitability of the Live Fire Department.

Job Core Responsibilities

•    Build new customer base and maintain existing customer base.
•    Answer phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise.
•    Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product.
•    Meet with other departments for inputs and overall success of Live Fire Department.
•    Aid in other areas of the company as needed such as product development, needs, design, and integration.
•    Handle any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents.
•    Attend marketing events, trade shows, and sponsored events.

Job Specifications

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
Years’ Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience preferred. General construction and/or military/law enforcement experience a plus.
Skills: 
•    Ability to read and interpret construction proposal documents and range design blueprints
•    Proficient on Microsoft Office; Salesforce knowledge a plus
•    Strong communication, reading, interpretation, and writing skills; strong mathematical skills
•    Self-motivated and driven to succeed; resourceful and proactive
•    Clean driving record required
