Job Designation

The Contracts Administrator is responsible for an assigned account base of customers and the administration of the front end of the business related to it, while providing world class customer service and support.  The Contract Administrator will work closely with Contract Specialist in supporting customer contractual requirements and will also work with other various departments in the management of their Order Book.

Job Core Responsibilities
  • Effective management of production, spare, and return purchase orders.
  • Retrieval, review, and error free order input of purchase orders into the respective MRP system.
  • Development, submittal, and follow up of pricing proposals/quotations.
  • Management and Maintenance of Order Management Sales Funnel, responsible for ensuring account base Order Book is aligned to company targets and goals.
  • Performs Open Order Reconciliations with assigned customer base to ensure accuracy.
  • Reconciliation of Customer Performance Scorecards and assigns corrective actions as needed.
  • Responsible for forecasting activities within the assigned account base, and to supporting SIOP process.
  • Effectively communicates with customers to ensure timely resolution of open actions for all customer service related issues
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary

Education :  A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations

Years Experience : 2 years or more of relevant experience



  • Knowledge and experience of order management activities, MRP/ERP systems, and high degree of customer service and responsiveness is required
  • Must be able to function successfully with a dynamic, face paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize with changing situations
  • Ability to recognize and solve typical problems and select solutions from established options    
  • Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to drive tasks to completion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – strong experience in using Excel programs and has ability to create and modify pivot table.
