Job Designation

The Customer Service Representative Specialist works to resolve customer issues and supports the Customer Services team in the administration of customer accounts. Partners with Meggitt’s customers to generate product and service orders, while providing expertise in resolving complex customer issues. Ensures compliance with Meggitt’s guidelines, policies and procedures.

Job Core Responsibilities
  • Serves as main point of contact for assigned customer accounts and understands customer requirements
  • Handles internal quality and on-time-delivery (OTD) issues by coordinating and obtaining information from Quality, Supply Chain or Operations functions
  • Ensures order books accuracy
  • Assists with the generation of departmental reports and tracking against key performance indicators
  • Works to ensure the customers experience with Meggitt products is exceptional
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary
Job Specifications
  • A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience
  • Service-oriented attitude to cultivate positive customer relationships
  • Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize with changing situations
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills to drive task to completion
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in process & track purchase orders
  • Experience with Request for Quotes
  • Experience with RMA Processing (Repair & Overhaul)
  • Preferred ERP & Manufacturing Experience
