Job Designation


The Quality Manager provides the focal point for the business on Quality and Aerospace Regulatory matters.

 To lead the Quality team to support the business needs

Job Core Responsibilities

  • To define and lead the Quality strategy and Quality Objectives for the business to ensure all key targets an business objectives are met.
  • To Identify and lead improvement projects and investigations across the business with multifunctional teams
  • Drive Design assurance, supplier Quality, Cost of Quality and Zero defects to ensure customer satisfaction,
  • To be a member of the Senior Management Team, provide assurance to the Accountable Manager and team the status of quality assurance measures,
  • To liaise with The CAA, EASA and certification bodies on regulatory/standards and provide guidance to the business.
  • To act as a member and the Secretary of the Airworthiness Board
  • To liaise with the Group Quality team to support and meet group requirements

Job Specifications

Education : Post-Secondary Degree in Quality Assurance or equivalent combination of relevant education and solid work experience in Aerospace Quality Management that will allow successful performance of job expectation
Certifications : Certified Lead Auditor or equivalent experience in related field

Skills :   

  •   Keen analytical skills with a high level of attention to details in order to prepare statistical analysis
  •   Ability to make technical and managerial decisions which will have a significant effect on Quality Assurance
  •   Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams as well as communicate effectively with all internal and external customers and employees in a timely and effective manner    
  •   Able to lead, plan and direct technical efforts, and apply technical tools to meet team objectives
  •   Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management tools
