Heatric is the market leader in providing Printed Circuit Heat Exchangers (PCHEs) and for over 30 years we have designed, manufactured and provided dedicated lifecycle support to a global customer base in the Offshore, Onshore, Marine and Power Generation markets.
Our Headquarters is in Poole Dorset where the majority of our 150+ employees are based. We have a second facility in Birmingham which conducts our chemical etching process. In addition to our UK sites we have sales offices in Brazil, Houston, Singapore and Korea.

  • We have a fantastic opportunity for a Quality Manager to lead plan and direct the Quality team and drive the quality strategy and the cross functional learning across the team ensuring product quality meets client and regulatory requirements.  
  • You will manage and collaborate with both Heatric- (Etching facility, Birmingham) and Heatric (Fabrication facility, Poole) to implement quality and continuous improvement.  Travelling between both sites will be required. 
  • The successful candidate will provide leadership and support to the Quality Team, ensures product quality meets the required Client and regulatory quality standards. You will also ensure that Quality clinics are driving continuous improvement throughout all areas.
  • Communicating and liaising with all departments to achieve OTD and quality deliverables will be a key for this role
