Job Summary
To ensure that quality control procedures and company products comply with the specified requirements. Ensure that the Business Management System is focused on the business objectives and are compliant with company, customer and regulatory requirements. Lead Internal audits program and support and facilitate external audits. Eliminate waste throughout the business by improving quality assurance and quality control processes.
Core Responsibilities
- Develops plans that assists the Quality Manager in delivering on strategic objectives required to move the business forward
- Lead internal auditing to identify risk, corrective actions and opportunities for improvement in line with ISO 9001 & PED, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
- Optimizes the aspects of the Non-Conformance Reporting system.
- Provide quality support to the business in identifying opportunities for improvement at all sites that improve manufacturing efficiency and quality performance
- Ensures the implementation of lessons learned from investigations
- Contribute and oversee the development of company management system and quality procedures and processes to meet the quality control and assurance objectives of the business
- Proactive in audits, inspections and quality processes so that they meet the business needs throughout the supply and operations chain
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
- Lead Audit qualifications in line with IRCA
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to carry out audit as an Internal/Lead Auditor
- Sincere work ethic for adhering to standards and managing potential harmful effects on timelines and budget, and the ability to operate under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and team-player skills
- Good mathematical skills and proficiency with computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Problem solving, root cause analysis and corrective action and preventative action Tools and zero defect methodology
- Ability to carry out audit as an Internal/Lead Auditor
