Engine Systems North Hollywood is a global leader in the design, development, manufacturing and support of aerospace valves, heat-exchangers, high-pressure ducting, thermal management and environmental control systems for customers in aerospace, defense and energy.

We are looking for strong, innovative and high energy candidates to join the Meggitt team for our summer internship program supporting our EHS Department.

Job Core Responsibilities

The Trade Compliance Intern will directly assist the Trade Compliance team with a wide variety of projects
• Assist with processes, procedures for inter-departmental interactions between Trade Compliance, Contracts, Supply Chain and Traffic/Logistics.


Describe the projects and activities the Intern would be performing:
• Assist the Trade Compliance team with archiving historical data and refining the electronic and hard copy filing of export documents.
• Assist with the refinement and improvement of process documents to include inter-organizational process flows.
• Assist with refinement/development of Trade Compliance templates, including macro driven templates for Technology Control Plans, Licenses, Agreements and Technology Transfer Control Plans.
• Assist with the implementation of preventive actions in preparation for the 2020 import and export audit of Engine Systems North Hollywood.
