Role Summary

Meggitt, Loughborough are very pleased and happy to be able to add to their current team for a Module Administrator. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for many objectives in your role, such as loading quotes, loading orders for customers, answering the office phone & managing a shared mailbox. This is a very customer orientated vacancy so being comfortable dealing with customers as well as being presentable is a requirement.

Core Responsibilities

  • Monitoring a shared outlook mailbox and answering any queries that come inbound.
  •  Answering the office phone to customer inbound queries.
  • Dealing with customers face to face whenever required.
  •  Loading customer orders.
  • Loading customer quotes onto the system.
  • Utilising SAP when needed.
  • Updating order books.
  • Working hours: Monday – Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 & Friday 08:30 – 13:30

Skills, Knowledge & Responsibilities

  • Two years of relevant experience.
  • SAP experience is desirable, but not essential.
  • Customer orientated.
  • Capable to gather data and compile information.
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Proficient computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and database management tools.
  • Comfortable working in an office environment full time.
