Summary

The Project Analyst provides special knowledge and data for the project management team(s). Defines key performance parameters and creates reports to track project progress, including budget tracking and financial forecasting, project evaluation and monitoring, and performs any data analysis relevant to project tasks.

Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal and external reports; gathering, analysing and summarising data and information for project teams.
  • Develop, design, and establish reporting standards for the company.
  • Evaluate and monitor the performance and eciency of projects to ensure that timelines are met. Evaluate the progress of the project and communicate regular updates to project teams and company leadership.
  • Monitor project budgets; review reports and program expenses to determine if allocated funds are used appropriately.
  • Interface with the project team to discuss progress as well as identify opportunities for improvement. Other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required. May need to work variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience is essential.
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise with changing situations. Demonstrated analytical skills and judgment to proactively identify and solve problems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to eectively drive tasks to completion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Oce Suite and database management tools.
