Job Designation

Reports to the VP Sales APAC, the Inside Sales Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the inside sales department and lead accountability for the department, monitoring and reporting sales metrics, and managing the sales administration process. This position will be located in Singapore.

Job Core Responsibilities
  • Review, evaluate and work with the internal customers (if required) to develop and implement improvements to the inside sales and sales administration processes.
  • Responsible for setting goals for the team that are aligned with their career goals, job responsibilities and personal development.
  • Review and evaluate Inside Sales KPI metrics on a quarterly basis.
  • To support strategic sales to prepare pricing proposals for long term spares agreements with current base customers to enhance sales, retain business and improve service levels.
  • Identify campaigns (e.g. Push Lists, fire sale of slow moving inventory etc.) and work with the inside sales team to push it out to the targeted customers.
  • Develop sales and activity reports along and share with outside sales team members to maximize any sales opportunities
  • Assist in the consolidation of re-forecasting of sales budget on a quarterly basis and putting together the 10 year plan.
  • All other duties and assignments as determined by VP Sales or Leadership Team
Job Specifications

Education: Preferred formal management degree in related field or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations.

Years Experience:

  • Over 5 years’ experience in a sales/service/parts management environment within the aerospace environment
  • Working knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts and techniques an advantage
  • Strong data analysis skills in particular excel, with ability to produce accurate reporting


  • Meet annual spares sales bookings (orders) plan and overall sales target for APAC
  • Maintain pipeline of spares sales opportunities in line with Company annual goals/budget
  • Spares sales quote turn-around time and customer satisfaction guaranteed
  • Continuously build & strengthen customer relationships through pro-active initiatives.
