Job Designation

The Human Resources Business Partner represents the Corporate HR function and is responsible for partnering with managers and employees across the US to align human resource services with the business objectives. Areas of responsibility include employee engagement, employee relations, training and development, recruiting and other related activities. The HRBP anticipates and assesses human resources related needs and seeks to implement integrated solutions aligned with business objectives. They formulate partnerships across the business and HR function to deliver value added service and act as a change agent.

Job Core Responsibilities

•Leads all HR activities in compliance with policies, procedures and applicable rules, regulations and standards promulgated by all applicable agencies or regulating bodies.
•Development and co-delivery, along with line management, of Corrective Action Plans and other coaching and corrective action documents (i.e., documented warnings) to ensure the company is providing a fair and equitable opportunity for individuals to make positive change prior to deciding any adverse employment action.
•Proactively identifies people issues and creates business case and action plan to remedy.
•Partners with COEs to deliver HR programs to the business, including Talent Planning, Engagement, Performance, Training and Rewards.
•Collaborates with business leadership to develop key talent. Includes succession planning and providing key talent with experiences that enable development and retention.
•Coordinates compliance activity and training, leaves of absences, workers compensation and HRIS maintenance in partnership with support team. 
•Builds performance management capabilities by coaching leaders to effectively address performance issues and deliver effective feedback. Resolve employee concerns through a systematic approach, clear documentation and follow-through.
•Manages recruiting cycle; from advising managers on organizational design, through posting, interviewing, offer and on-boarding.
•Manages special projects on an assigned basis to enhance the employee experience.
•Provides coaching and counseling to leadership as required.
•Works proactively to create and strengthen a culture of High Performance Culture (HPC) across the business. Serves as an HPC champion to drive necessary changes in support of operational excellence.
•Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

Job Specifications

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree  or equivalent experience     

  • 5+ years of revelant experience 
  • Knowledge of an HRIS system 
  • Strong knowledge of Microsort word, excel and powerpoint 
  • Ability to influence stakeholders
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines
  • Strong prioritization skills
