Job Designation

The America’s sales manager leads order winning in their region or sub-region.  Responsible for achieving the order intake target at margins that support business growth.  Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve long-term sales and company growth.  Builds high level relationships with existing and potential new customers.

Job Core Responsibilities
  • Lead the Order winning in the relevant region or sub-region
  • Achieve order intake target at margins that support business growth
  • Develop senior-level relationships with decision-makers, within both existing and potential new customers to drive preferred supplier status
  • Promotes and sells the company’s products and services whilst defining strategies and managing the sales cycle
  • Ensures profitable growth and sales revenue through planning and deployment of strategies, as set by Sales Director
  • Leads and co-ordinates negotiation with customer and Order Winning Team
  • Drives improvement in front-end engineering bidding process to ensure minimal cost and maximum profit.  Forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue for sales team and develops plan to ensure revenue growth is achieved for all products
  • Drives and promotes engagement with the Heatric Services and on-oil and gas strategies
  • Develops and executes robust Key Account Management Plans and campaign plans for key opportunities
Job Specifications

Education: Bachelor's  Engineering Degree 

Years Experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience
