Role Sumary

The HRIS Support Analyst under the direction of the Head of HRIS UK is responsible for providing administrative support to HRIS system processes and 1st line support to the HRISON helpdesk.

Core Responsibilities

  • Responding to queries via chat, email or phone ensuring full resolution within defined SLA’s
  • Triage HRIS queries appropriately escalating queries that require higher levels of technical support
  • Periodic administration tasks associated to HRIS module processes – Including Learning & Performance Management
  • Creation and running of reports to analyse common queries and query metrics
  • Creation and updating of process guides and “how to guides”
  • Requesting feedback and/or monitoring queries to improve training approach

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

  • Experience using HR systems with exposure of working on a helpdesk
  • Knowledge of HRIS platforms, including systems related to employee systems of record, benefits, payroll, compensation, organizational development and recruitment
  • Writing, editing, and revising training manuals for new and updated functionality
  • Proven experience of 1st line helpdesk support, providing resolution to queries and delegation of complex queries to appropriate next level support resource
  • Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
  • Excellent customer service orientation
