Job Designation

The HR Project Lead responsible for leading and project managing the HR Center of Expertise global annual projects, specifically in the areas of performance management, talent management, engagement and training.  Manages key functional deliverables including project management of processes, timelines and global training programmes. Regular interface with senior stakeholders & external suppliers.

 

Job Core Responsibilities

Project Management : plans, organizes, secures, and manages resources and tasks to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.  Ensures quality delivery of project on time and within budget.
•    Accountable for developing and managing multiple HR projects in varying size and scope.
•    Develops an integrated project plan that includes project deliverables, strategic alignment, total cost management, enterprise-wide impacts, milestones, risks, assumptions, constraints, change management and overall project investment. Updates project plans, priorities, training material and project sequencing as needed.
•    Partners and collaborates cross-functionally with Centers of Excellence, HR business partners, Information Technology, suppliers, vendors and other cross functional teams throughout project to resolve issues, address prioritization, manage risks and ensure success.
•    Manages communication and documentation related to project scope including all communication material and training documentation taking into account audience needs, feedback received and changing priorities
•    Managing full scope of project schedules including initial development, milestones, vetting, tracking, internal validations and managing close out activities.
•    Managing day to day tasks and deliverables across project team
•    Managing all project status reporting - maintain project action item list and  proactively provide project updates to project team and project stakeholders.
•    Ensuring that quality steps and processes are in place and communicated to the team, and that quality issues are addressed.

Performance Management and Talent Process
•    Responsible for leading the organization, coordination and management of the annual performance management process including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration and other key deliverables.  
•    Develop and deploy communication and training material to key stakeholders
•    Act as liason between internal and eternal stakeholders to ensure executaion of process cycles 
•    Partner with HR Leaders to provide training and address queries as well as support with delivery of sessions

Training and engagement
•    Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deploy and execute HR training material related to forums, engagement, new programs and policy roll out.  
•    Prepare necessary training content, communications and resources in readiness for project launch  
•    Liason with internal COE leaders to ensure continuity of process roll out, process communication, shared services and other internal programs
•    Partner with shared services team to manage HR shared data, establish process improvements and ensure consistency across the business
•    Support deployment of High Performance Systems (HPS) within the HR teams
•    Analyse trends and metrics to make recommendations and develop solutions

Job Specifications

Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Field of Study/Area of Experience: 
5+ years of experience

•    Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
•    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, tracking progress and success against appropriate metrics
•    Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with partners at all levels
•    Works at a fast pace with a passion for continuous improvement
•    Knowledge of Success Factors & ADP applications (preferred)
