Job Designation

To further strengthen our “Customer Services” department, we are currently looking for a “Sales Support” for our Energy Division.

The Position
As “Sales Support” you will be accountable to provide the necessary & efficient support to sales and sales support groups. Moreover, you will be responsible to provide support for the Energy sales team to help them off-load from the daily administrative workload.

Job Core Responsibilities

The main responsibilities for this role are:

• Supports the local sales groups from opportunity to post order support: Information requests, quotations activities, opportunity management and returns
• Work with the local sales managers on orders and administrative tasks, in accordance and direction from the global Sales Support Director
• Work with Global Support Management and Sales to ensure that the entire sales process is conducted in accordance with MSS and Meggitt SA processes to include all applicable ISO and internal QA procedures and Export Control rules
• Provide the first level Meggitt SA internal back up for all sales managers when absent
• Support the sales manager and office (i.e., Budget and RF’s)
• Liaise with Meggitt SA Order Processing and Production for specific clarifications, e.g. delivery times and Trade Compliance issues
• Effectively communicate key issues to Management, Order processing and Production
• Actively contribute to the Daily Layered Accountability (DLA)
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the processes to ensure efficiency of the workflow and integration with other services

Job Specifications

Your Profile

• Engineering degree or at least five years of professional experience in electronics engineering
• At least three of experience in: Technical customer support, sales, logistics, industrial electronic production, project management
• Fluent in French & English, other language is an asset
• Use of business tools, including SAP and Salesforce.com
• Dynamic, motivated, reliable & flexible
