Job Designation

We are seeking a Maintenance Lead to perform electrical and mechanical repair of equipment and will also oversee a variety of mechanical and electrical operations.

Job Core Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, manufacturing equipment, and the facilities
  • Change filters and belts 
  • Perform calibration on pressure gauges, ovens, temperature controls, and other equipment
  • Perform light millwright work
  • Use milling machine for simple projects
  • Plans, schedules and monitors workload based on project timelines
  • Conducts inspections of own and others work in accordance with company requirements
Job Specifications

Education: A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations is preferred.

Certifications: Vocational training, apprenticeships or the equivalent experience in related field 

Years Experience: 3 years or more of relevant experience depending on the complexity level of the job


  • Must be able to conduct operational tests and repair equipment by disassembling required components and repairing and/or replacing faulty parts, then reassembling and adjusting.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Vocational or Technical school and/or equivalent maintenance experience is beneficial
  • Mechanical ability
  • Skilled problem solving and exercises superior judgment
  • Ability to work off ladders and platforms
  • Ability to work with hand and power tools
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
