Job Designation

The primary role of the  Customer Service Rep, Specialist in the Repair Station is to efficiently and effectively administer customer inquiries and process customer orders within the Repair Station Module of our business. The CSR will be a key interface between the business and our Customers, belonging to a Customer Focused team that is accountable for initial customer perception of the company and therefore strives to exceed Customer expectations at all times.

Job Core Responsibilities

  • Provides excellent customer service through communication, problem resolution and quick turn around
    Resolves complex customer issues and maintains knowledge of account information
    Ensures customer complaints are resolved effectively, while in compliance with consumer laws, company policy and procedures
    Collaborates and works with various departments to meet customer needs and maintains outstanding customer relations
    Utilizes appropriate internal systems to organize customer information
    Develops improvement plans in response to customer surveys and industry trends
    Coordinates with internal departments to resolve and close actions within web database portal, while ensuring compliance with company procedures
    Other responsibilities as assigned
    Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
    Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required.

Job Specifications

Education :College degree related to Business required or equivalent experience in a Customer Services environment.
Years Experience: 3 - 5 years of relevant experience Skills:

Ability to provide expertise in resolving complex customer issues
High Customer orientation and empathy, having worked in a Customer environment
Communication skills gained in a customer orientated environment
Computer skills on a business computer system ideally SAP managing I inputting Customer data. Microsoft Office competence an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, highly organized and ability to multitask
Able to problem solve issues of a more complex nature, using special knowledge to analyze information and standard practices to make judgments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills to drive tasks to completion
Proficient with Microsoft Applications and database management tools
