Our Services & Support division is committed to delivering superb service through the aerospace product lifecycle and, ultimately, helping our airline customers run their operations as cost-effectively as possible. The division is organized into three regions:  Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe, Middle East and Asia (EMEA).


Services & Support remains fully integrated with Meggitt's original equipment businesses ready to provide field performance data, to help their engineering functions boost Meggitt's product lines with upgrades and next generation products.

Core Responsibilites


  • Responsible for aftermarket sales of Meggitt products into a designated region, leading a team of Regional Sales Managers with particular focus on Account Management and growth of strategic customers.
  • The primary Customer representative for the regions customers (airlines, engine maintenance facilities, OEM’s, component MRO shops & military customers).
  • Responsible for developing strong relationships through Key Account Management and establishing Long Term Agreements, through promotion of our SMART Support programme.
  • Manages, presents and achieves annual, quarterly and monthly sales forecasts for the region. Based upon sound market intelligence and capture plans for achievement.
  • Regularly tracking progress and establishing corrective action plans, where sales targets are not achieved.
  • Develops and delivers sales strategies within the geographic region
  • Manages a pipeline of opportunities to ensure maximum market capture. Developing differentiated value propositions to secure Long Term Agreements and new business, actively promoting our SMART Support programme.
  • Able to travel frequently across the assigned region and globally.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities


  • Strong team management and people development skills
  • Strong aerospace aftermarket sales experience, with significant industry contacts
  • Track record of managing a sales pipeline and winning significant new business
  • Examples of successfully creating differentiated Value Propositions 
  • Sales forecasting across multiple product portfolios
  • University degree, or equivalent industry experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with Meggitt staff globally and manage a geographically dispersed team
