Job Summary

We are seeking a relationship-oriented, professional Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team within the UK based from our new global state of the art head office in Ansty Park, Coventry. This role is for a proactive recruiter who has experience of partnering with senior stakeholders across a dedicated division.  You will be a champion and advocate for our internal processes and Talent Acquisition strategies within the organisation, with the agility to work across all sectors of our business where demand requires.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and execution of the end-to-end recruiting cycle for across our UK sites
  • Offering Subject matter expertise to business leaders across our divisions
  • Proactively drive and execute the global and regional strategies which align with recruitment policies
  • Partner with senior management to design and implement optimal sourcing strategies for their businesses, including leveraging various internal and external sources
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to deliver value-added services to internal client population (including market intelligence, competitor mapping, talent pooling, succession planning, and diversity initiatives)
  • Design and manage creative attraction strategies
  • Passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion strategies  
  • Deliver a consistent, high quality candidate and client experience through professionalism and integrity in all contact with applicants, hiring managers and HR colleagues
  • Lead and contribute to regional / global projects associated with HR and Talent Acquisition and Development

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Senior level recruitment experience
  • Proven expertise in utilising a range of social media platforms to build brand and compliment attraction
  • Good collaboration skills working on global projects
  • Experience utilizing candidate management/tracking systems
  • Good understanding of current trends affecting the Aerospace and Defence, Energy and Industrial Industries.
  • Ability to develop partnerships with your stakeholders and team across the globe
  • Proven ability to leverage internal and external networks, and market knowledge, to identify, assess, cultivate and deliver the best talent
