Role Summary

The primary responsibilities are the delivery of the Production Plan. Additional duties include providing support to your peers offering mentoring when required.

 

Core Responsibilities

Releasing Production orders and maintaining accurate finish dates in SAP

Working alongside the operations Team Leaders in the CVD Plant at Horbrooks Coventry to co-ordinate the availability of the required parts to achieve weekly production plans and advise priorities where bottle necks occur

Manage stock of raw materials and obtain delivery dates from suppliers for subcontract items

Manager stocks of packaging materials and replenishment orders

Provide and support cover to the CVD Logistics department as required

Skills, Knowledge & Attributes

  • Knowledge of computerized ERP systems.
  • Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
  • Ability to research and analyze data effectively      
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines
  • Strong prioritization skills
  • Ability to visualize and plan objectives and goals strategically
  • Decision making skills
  • Fork Lift truck licence would be an advantage.
