Heatric is the market leader in providing Printed Circuit Heat Exchangers (PCHEs) and for over 30 years we have designed, manufactured and provided dedicated lifecycle support to a global customer base in the Offshore, Onshore, Marine and Power Generation markets.


Our Headquarters is in Poole Dorset where the majority of our 150+ employees are based. We have a second facility in Birmingham which conducts our chemical etching process. In addition to our UK sites we have sales offices in Brazil, Houston, Singapore and Korea.

Job Core Responsibilities



We have a fantastic opportunity to deliver the commercial processes for the business, including complex contractual negotiations and agreement.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in reviewing and producing complex negotiations and agreements in accordance with corporate policy and applicable legal requirements. 

You will be required to:


  • Manage the commercial process from bidding through to revision, interpretation and completion whilst optimising risk/reward balance      
  • Draft, reviews and negotiates commercial contracts and documents for major business prospects
  • Coordinate the  responses to RFIs including obtaining necessary internal approvals
  • Lead the dissemination of agreements and contract close-down/exit activities
