Job Designation

The Procurement Coordinator supports the Procurement Function in reaching the team's business objectives. Coordinates activities, while performing a variety of administrative and purchasing tasks for the procurement of goods, services and supplies for the organization.

Job Core Responsibilities

  • Support Buyers in managing and resolving supplier invoice issues.

  • Collaborate with Financial Shared Services (FSSC) to identify and resolve work flow of  vendor invoice discrepancies and see through to payment resolution.

  • Resolves routine receiving issues for purchase orders while communicating problem areas for corrective action.

  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required. May need to work weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary.

  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Specifications

Education: Minimum of a high school diploma/equivalent or combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations. Vocational training/certification or Associate’s Degree is preferred.

Years Experience: Minimum 1-2 years experience. 


  • High level of professionalism, proactive, sense of urgency, attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize with changing situations.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with buyers and vendors. 
  • Ability to recognize and solve typical problems and select solutions from established options.
  • Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to drive tasks to completion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • SAP knowledge preferred. .
  • Knowledge and experience in procurement processes preferred.
