Job Designation

The Order Management Specialist provides customer account management services as part of the Order Management team, including day to day management of customer contracts, order management, and customer inquiry management.  

Job Core Responsibilities
        • Maintains effective communication with assigned customers to ensure timely resolution of open actions for all customer related issues
        • Provides excellent customer service through communication and problem solving, including quick response to customer inquiries, to ensure customer satisfaction
        • Provides customer account administration through the business unit Material Requirements Planning system including customer quotes, order entry, order tracking, report generation and the resolution of customer issues.
        • Manages the product demand section of customer portals where applicable
        • Ensures the terms in the order are consistent with the customer contract or as otherwise internally approved or, if not, are appropriately referred with the organisation
        • Coordinates approvals for non-standard pricing internally and with the customer
        • Coordinates with other departments to resolve and close actions
        • Generates required departmental reports and assists in tracking department performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
        • Generates reports relating to customer account history as required by the business

Education :
