Accounts Payable Coordinator (Full-time)

Job Designation

Perform all Accounts payable processes and controls as required to a high standard of quality and in a timely, efficient manner. 

Job Core Responsibilities

  • Print, bar code, and scan vendor invoices.
  • Enter vendor invoices in SAP, 2 way and 3-way match
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Manage document workflow
  • Query resolution, engaging with other teams where appropriate.   
  • Month-end tracker/KPI preparation 
  • Run and action a variety of monthly reports
  • Customer service to internal and external customers
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives

Job Specifications


Education: A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations

Years’ Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience

Skills :

  • Minimum 3 years Accounts Payable experience gained in a high volume, large team, and/or PLC environment.
  • Strong & accurate data entry skills
  • Good working knowledge of SAP
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent oral and written Communication Skills
  • Ability to work within, and contribute to, a strong teamwork ethic
  • Organized and able to manage their own work effectively.
